Customer Service Executive
Our client, is a shipping company who offers worldwide freight logistics and transportation. They are looking for a Customer Service Executive. highly motivated and result-oriented individual, who is excited about excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the sales team
  • Ensure an excellent customer service
  • Effective in securing new bookings
  • Communicate with principals and carriers so as to contribute pro-actively
  • Ensure that customers are well informed of their shipment status

  • Excellent communication skills in both English & Maltese
  • Drive and initiative with a sharp focus on customers
  • Solve problems creatively whilst demonstrating a high level of integrity
  • Be able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
