Our client is a leading global hospitality brand with an excellent reputation for style and service. They are currently looking for an IT Manager.
Coordinate all activities, operations, user support and running of IT
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems or issues related to computer software and systems
Manage IT capital and expense budget planning for the location
Ensure secure IT operations by implementing and managing all systems to the Global Information Security Policies, Divisional IT Policies/Procedures and Internal Controls
Directly responsible to develop, maintain and test Contingency and Disaster Recovery plans, and maintain and verify data backup integrity and verify restoration tests
Ensure all IT requirements and electronic data protection, privacy, retention and destruction requirements are met according to Company IT Policies
Minimum of two years in a management or supervisory position responsible for the ongoing operation of Information Technology/Systems
Previous hospitality IT experience, knowledge of central reservations systems, networking, and additional IT certifications
Candidate must exhibit strong personal confidence, willingness to learn continuously, being a team player and able to work independently and under pressure
