IT Manager
Our client
Our client is a leading global hospitality brand with an excellent reputation for style and service. They are currently looking for an IT Manager.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate all activities, operations, user support and running of IT
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems or issues related to computer software and systems
  • Manage IT capital and expense budget planning for the location
  • Ensure secure IT operations by implementing and managing all systems to the Global Information Security Policies, Divisional IT Policies/Procedures and Internal Controls
  • Directly responsible to develop, maintain and test Contingency and Disaster Recovery plans, and maintain and verify data backup integrity and verify restoration tests
  • Ensure all IT requirements and electronic data protection, privacy, retention and destruction requirements are met according to Company IT Policies
 
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years in a management or supervisory position responsible for the ongoing operation of Information Technology/Systems
  • Previous hospitality IT experience, knowledge of central reservations systems, networking, and additional IT certifications
  • Candidate must exhibit strong personal confidence, willingness to learn continuously, being a team player and able to work independently and under pressure
