Assistant Banqueting Manager
The Client
Our client is a leading global hospitality brand with an excellent reputation for style and service. They are currently looking for an Assistant Banqueting Manager. 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Relations: Good interaction with clients, being friendly and courteous.
  • Attention to Detail: Need to keep focused on food standards, costs, safety, etc.
  • Leadership: Good leadership, guiding the waiters during events and getting the job done.
  • Briefing Skills: He/She needs to accurately and easily communicate standards of procedures to staff, delegate and interact with clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum of four years banquet and catering experience is required
  • Experience in an events environment will be considered an asset
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in supervisory position
  • You must be a peoples’ person and well-groomed
  • Able to speak, read, write and understands English
