Quad Consultancy is looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Malta on a part-time basis.

  • General Office administration
  • Updating of the database
  • Advertising on internet portals
  • Assisting and liaising with the recruitment team
  • Conduct candidate searches on company database
  • Filing and handling phone calls
  • Bank deposits
  • Computer literate
  • Have a positive can-do attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English
This is a Part-Time position of around 20 hours a week. We offer some flexible working conditions.
