Accounts & Payroll Clerk

The Client
 

Our client, a leader in the igaming industry is currently looking for an Accounts and Payroll Clerk to join their team.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Sending and Filling out the necessary forms like FS4
  • Handling of the documents required for foreigners working in Malta
  • Handling payroll operation through client's Payroll Package including payments, journals and  Monthly reconciliation
  • Submitting the FS7 and FS5
  • Posting invoices into the accounting software
  • Handling of payment processes
  • Performing monthly creditors reconciliation
  • Performing monthly bank reconciliations
  • Performing monthly payment providers reconciliation
  • Performing monthly players liability reconciliation
  • Handling VAT reconciliations and submission of returns
  • Preparation of accounts up to Trial Balance Stage

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate should at least possess an A Level in accounting.
  • Previous experience in an accounts department especially using Navition software will be considered as an asset.
